Lubbock, Texas Now Hiring: CitiAccess Dispatcher
Citibus is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of a CitiAccess Dispatcher. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have good computer and customer service skills. Must be able to deal with confidential material, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and be detail oriented. Job duties include coordinating radio communication between all CitiAccess vehicles, answering telephone calls, provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips and complete a variety of daily reports and clerical duties. Successful applicants must pass DOT Physical/Drug screen. Citibus has a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, short-term disability and 401(k).
