  • Marketing Manager
Citibus is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Marketing Manager. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and a minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite and experience with social media, public relations, graphic design, and content creation is preferred. The ideal candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer relationship skills, the ability to work independently, as a team member, and able to focus on a mission while achieving strategic goals.This full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm, exempt position offers a salary range $55,000-$65,000.

  • Transit Planner Specialist
This position, under the supervision of the General Manager, is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of fixed-route and para-transit systems. They will analyze system performance and develop recommendations for improvements by modifying services, and/or methodologies to increase service efficiencies, productivity, and ridership. This person will serve as a project manager for transit planning projects as required. The Transit Planner Specialist will coordinate with regional initiatives and represent Citibus within the community. This full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm, exempt position offers a salary range of $45,000-$50,000.

  • Passenger Specialists (Bus Operators)
If you like to drive, enjoy helping others, and are looking for a great career opportunity, then you should consider joining the Citibus team!
Pay for CDL Operators is up to $16.00/hour. If you don't have a CDL, we will train you to get a CDL. Pay for Non-CDL Operators is up to $14.50/hour. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities depending on position availability. Our bus operators are primarily responsible for providing fixed-route bus services throughout the City of Lubbock as well as services on the Texas Tech University campus. Paratransit (CitiAccess) van operators are responsible for providing non-emergency medical transportation for disabled and Medicaid-eligible passengers. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical/drug screen and criminal background check.
